Has Washington on left side of Note
Center has "The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia Pennsylvania will pay to the bearer demand One Dollar"
Has C-3 in each corner of Note
Left hand side of Note has series 1918
There are 4 signatures on the note; Register of Treasury, Treasurer of the United State, Cashier, and Governor
Seems to have a rips around the edge of it
On back has a Eagle in the center
Above Eagle has National Currency Federal Reserve Bank Note
There is some folds on front and back that you can tell the age of the note
Comes in a plastic holder
The Note is 7 1/2" long, 3 1/4' wide
