How long will it take to receive my order after payment?

All items are shipped via UPS which has a standard shipping time of 3-5 days. Please also allow 5 days for processing.

What if I have additional questions about an item?

If you have a questions about an item, please e-mail customerservice@buypeddlersmall.com. You will recieve an response by e-mail. If you would prefer a phone call, please include your contact information in your e-mail.

Where do I pick up a LOCAL PICK UP ONLY item?

You will have 7 days to pick up a LOCAL PICK UP ONLY item from the store location listed on the item posting. Peddler's Malls are self service facilities, so be sure to bring help.

Since I have to pick up a LOCAL PICK UP ONLY item, can I wait to pay for it at the store?

You can pay for an item at the store, but we can not guanteee the item will be there upon your arrival. If you pay for the item on the website, you will guarantee your purchase.

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. Please review the listings carefully before purchasing. Buypeddlersmall.com lists items according to the descriptions given by the seller.

Can I offer less for an item?

You can e-mail customerservice@buypeddlersmall.com an offer for any item over $50.00. We will contact the seller with your offer and send you a response. Keep in mind the item may sell during the time it requires to negotiate.

Can I pick up an item instead of having it shipped?

If you would rather go to the store to pick up an item, we invite you to do so. You would just pay for that item at the store. Please remember we can not guarantee the item will still be there upon your arrival. If you pay for the item on the website, you will guarantee your purchase.

Can I buy more than one of an item?

If more than one of an item is available, it will be listed on the item posting. If there is more than one item available, feel free to buy them all!

Why is the booth number and store location listed on the item posting?

If you would like visit the store to inspect an item, you will need to know the booth number for the cashiers to direct you to the item.

Can I pay for an item with a check or money order?

The buypeddlersmall.com website only accepts credit/ debit cards. If you would like to pay by cash or check, you will need to visit the store location to purchase the item.

How do I list on buypeddlermall.com?

All vendors at any Peddler' Mall location can list on the website. All non vendors can list by bringing items to our internet store located at 11008 Decimal Drive Louisville, KY 40299 (502) 261-0957. There is a listing fee of $5 per item for a 90 day posting. A commission of 40% is also taken.
